Terms and Conditions: Home checks are done either at the cost of Save our Spaniels or the home checker, so the information you provide is vitally important. By submitting this form, you confirm that:- a) you consent to SOS using your personal information to manage your application and b) the information you have provided is correct. If the information is knowingly falsified you will not be eligible to adopt. Please ensure that you are aware of the location of the dog(s) you are applying for and that you are prepared to travel as required in order to adhere to our Adoption Procedure : ADOPTION PROCEDURE. 1) Application 2) Chat with SOS Administrator if applicable 3) Home Check 4) Chat with fosterer 5) Meet and greet with all family members and your other dogs at fosterer's home 6) Adoption and Fee Payable GDPR By providing your personal information to SOS, you confirm that you consent to SOS using the information to fulfil our legitimate interest of managing your application
